Summary:

In a grey town, a snowflake causes a bit of commotion as it is noticed by a child with a dog. They believed it would snow, but many others said it would not. Even the radio and television reported against the snow, but more began to fall. The city then turned white with all the snow as the boy with the dog predicted.
