In this book, Marilyn Singer incorporates the use of reversible verse to tell the different perspectives of characters that feature in famous fairy tales that include Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Little Red Riding Hood, among others.
In a very poetical and creative way, Singer exposes the two sides of different fairy tales. Each poem can be read frontwards or backwards to give a spin to the original tale and renew the magic and fun of both tales. This book is beautifully illustrated with radiant and bright colors to display the essence of our famous fairy tale characters. This book can be an excellent tool to teach point of view or for poetry lessons.
